We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven
Real Estate Agent
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
off-plan sales, secondary market transactions, and rental properties
. You will be responsible for sourcing clients, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience in compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell
off-plan
and
ready properties
from top developers across Dubai.
Manage
secondary sales
and
rental listings
through CRM and digital platforms.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
Advise clients on
market trends, investment opportunities, and legal requirements
.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts between buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
developer projects, payment plans, and handover schedules
.
Ensure compliance with
RERA guidelines
, including accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and promote property listings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2 years' experience
in Dubai real estate (off-plan, secondary, or rentals).
Valid
RERA certification
(or willing to obtain).
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and current developer projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Proficient in CRM software (PropSpace, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
Multilingual (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc) is an advantage.
