Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels
Provide market analysis and property valuation guidance
Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts and closings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values
Create and execute marketing plans for listings (MLS, social media, print, etc.)
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys
Requirements:
Active real estate license
Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales role
Strong knowledge of the local property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation
Proficiency with CRM tools, MLS systems, and digital marketing platforms
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to property locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with residential and/or commercial real estate
Knowledge of investment property or new development sales
Multilingual abilities are a plus
