Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong network-building ability, and a proactive approach to lead generation through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
You will play a key role in guiding clients through every step of their property journey while contributing to the continued success of Maequla Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
Generate new leads through daily cold calls, networking, and other proactive outreach activities.
Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries to convert prospects into active clients.
Build and maintain a strong database of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Conduct property tours, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
Advise clients on current market conditions, property values, and legal processes.
Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts and documentation.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
Stay informed on market trends, new developments, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Manage property listings across multiple real estate portals and social media channels.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related sales role.
Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate listing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
(Optional)Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
