Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property sales, rentals, and management. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting clients throughout the property process, and driving sales and rentals to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate property sales and rental transactions Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market to clients Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties Manage property listings and ensure they are accurate and up to date Develop and maintain relationships with clients and property owners Conduct property viewings and follow-up with clients Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Stay informed on market trends and industry developments
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or rentals Strong customer service and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet targets Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals Strong communication and negotiation abilities
