Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development, along with an established network of brokers to help support business expansion.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with

clients, brokers, and key stakeholders

. Identify

new business opportunities

and market trends to expand Sobha Realty's footprint.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (

MBA preferred

).

1-5 years

of sales experience, with at least

2 years in a leadership role

. Proven track record of

driving sales growth

and managing top-performing teams. Exceptional

leadership, communication, and negotiation

skills. An established network of brokers or real estate partners is a strong advantage.
