We are seeking

motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents

to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to grow within the industry. You'll be handling

leasing, resale, and off-plan

property portfolios, guiding clients from inquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, CRM, and marketing channels Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and clients Stay updated with market trends and new project launches Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and handle documentation Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements:

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills UAE driving license is an advantage Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance
