Job Summary:

We're seeking a

Real Estate Professional

with

strong experience in the UAE property market

and

familiarity with European or Russian clientele and business culture.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai. You'll leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and client service expertise to close deals and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions Negotiate offers and finalize contracts in compliance with UAE real estate laws Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations Build and maintain a strong client database and CRM records Collaborate with developers, landlords, and other agents to expand listings Prepare marketing materials and promote properties through online portals and social media

Requirements:

Minimum

2 year of experience in Dubai real estate must

Valid

UAE driving license and own car

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
