Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's competitive real estate market Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the entire sales or leasing process Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings and client relationships Conduct market research and stay updated on property market trends Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and negotiations Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and Ejari registrations Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties via online listings and advertisements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant sales experience Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and procedures Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Valid UAE driving license (preferred) RERA certification (preferred)
