to join our growing Sales & Marketing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating property sales and rentals across
secondary and off-plan markets
, developing strong client and developer relationships, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect, source, and secure new clients (buyers, sellers, landlords).
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading real estate developers.
Market properties through portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Zingo.ae) and social media.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market insights.
Negotiate and close sales/rental deals, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
Maintain updated client records in CRM and submit weekly reports.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maximize exposure and generate leads.
Ensure data security, confidentiality, and full adherence to UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off plan).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
RERA certification (preferred; must be willing to obtain).
Proficiency in English (Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus).
UAE driving license (not mandatory)
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Team player with ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams.
