Real Estate Agent
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to identify property listings that meet client needs. Advise clients on current market trends, pricing strategies, and legal requirements. Manage property listings, including taking photos, writing descriptions, and uploading to online platforms. Organize property viewings and open houses. Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, and landlords. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, mortgage options, and documentation. Build and maintain strong professional networks with property owners, investors, and developers. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth transaction process
