Off-Plan and Secondary Market Real Estate Agents in Dubai
If you're passionate about helping clients buy, sell, or lease existing properties, in both the off-plan and secondary property markets, and you understand the pace of Dubai's real estate sector, we want to meet you.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position
( Up to 70% commission )

? Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.
? In-depth knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties, developers, and communities.
?Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a personal pipeline.
What you'll be doing:
? Building and maintaining strong client relationships
? Valuating and marketing resale properties
? Leading negotiations and managing smooth, compliant closings
? Staying on top of market trends and UAE regulations
