We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Agent
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai property market, excellent client communication skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Generate leads and build a strong client base. Conduct property viewings and market analysis. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and real estate regulations in Dubai. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate agent. Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and relevant laws/regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
