Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and manage company-provided leads.

Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

Maintain listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.

Negotiate offers and close deals successfully.

Build long-term relationships with clients and landlords.

Keep CRM records up to date.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and communities.

Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Must be in Dubai or willing to relocate.
