Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Conduct market research to determine competitive property pricing. Generate and manage property listings on various platforms. Arrange and conduct property viewings or open houses. Negotiate contracts and coordinate transactions from listing to closing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.
