Key Responsibilities:

Assist buyers and sellers in navigating real estate transactions from start to finish. Attract and engage potential clients through prospecting, marketing, and relationship building. Negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and guide clients through every step of the sales process. Maintain a deep knowledge of local market trends and property values. Collaborate with team leaders and follow strategic plans to hit personal and team sales goals. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills. Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity.

? Requirements:

Minimum of

2 years of experience

in real estate sales (preferred but not required if highly motivated). Track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable. Familiarity with real estate contracts, sales techniques, and closing procedures. Must be licensed (or in the process of obtaining a real estate license). Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools.
