The Role

Job Title: Real Estate Agent Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Starting from AED 3,000 per month up to 6,000 AED+ Commission : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent (English Speaker )to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Property Listings: Assist in the preparation and listing of properties for sale including creating compelling property descriptions and marketing materials. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to determine property values and trends, providing clients with accurate and relevant information. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring terms are favorable for all parties.

Requirements

Qualification: Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in real estate software and MS Office Suite ( Plus). Benefits: Competitive base salary starting at AED 3,000.
