We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Agent

with

2-3 years of experience

in property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging clients, presenting properties, and closing deals in both the off-plan and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and convert

marketing-provided hot leads

into successful property sales. Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable solutions. Showcase off-plan and secondary market properties to potential buyers. Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate and close property deals in alignment with company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a real estate agent in Dubai or UAE. Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission:

50:50 split on all sales.

Visa:

Provided by the company.

Leads:

Marketing-generated hot leads will be provided; no cold calling required. Opportunity to work with a professional and supportive real estate team.
