Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Real Estate Agent

with at least

1 year of experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and comfortable handling the full real estate process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Prospect and follow up on leads Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction documents Stay current on local market conditions and trends Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience

Strong understanding of the buying/selling process Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented
