is looking fordynamic and driven Sales Agents
to join our team. We are hiring for two specialized roles to handle our key markets.Your primary role will be to assist clients with property transactions, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth real estate deals.
The Specialized Roles
Chinese Agent (Resale Market Focus): Mandarin fluency is essential.
UK Citizen
with proven experience in theResale Market

.Key Responsibilities
Source leads, network, and manage client outreach. Conduct market research and stay informed on trends and property values. Guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing properties. Organize viewings and manage the full transaction process (negotiations, contracts, closing). Work with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven expertise as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a comparable position for
over one year
.A valid driver's license is a must, and own car is preferred.
Resale and Commercial market experience
. Thorough understanding of local real estate market dynamics. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.What We Offer
