Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
Develop and maintain a network of property listings and potential clients.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
Negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and competitive property offerings.
Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of real estate experience
in the Dubai market (mandatory).
Valid
UAE Driving License
and own car.
Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, communities, and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, and other languages are a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
