The Agent will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Job Summary:
Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties in the UAE
Generate leads, follow up with clients, and close successful deals
Provide professional guidance and support to clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, developers, and projects
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
oIdentify and pursue new opportunities in the UAE real estate market
Liase with the media team for videography/photography for advertising and marketing campaigns
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market.
Stay up-to-date with market insights and trends.
Maintain regular contact with clients and build strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Negotiate property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
