Roles & responsibilities
Source and close deals in off-plan, secondary, and plot sales
Present high-return investment and pool funding proposals to investors
Work with investors, landlords, developers, and plot owners to generate multiple commissions per deal cycle
Stay updated on Dubai's latest real estate trends, project launches, and regulations
Provide detailed information to buyers about project timelines, pricing, and features.
Partner with landowners to develop projects, offering up to 100% ROI through shared development models
Create and pitch development-based investment proposals for both individual and pooled investors
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding real estate transactions.
A valid RERA is a plus, demonstrating compliance with local laws and regulations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management, showcasing a proven track record of successful transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of real estate development and construction processes.
Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in additional languages can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.
