We are seeking ambitious and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. This role is best suited for individuals with strong sales skills, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, RERA regulations, and property trends. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Previous real estate or sales experience preferred (freshers with strong sales potential are welcome). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA certification is an advantage. Must have valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role. Agents earn based on closed deals with unlimited income potential.

Pay: AED100,000.00 - AED500,000.00 per year
