Job Description
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in accordance with their needs and budget.
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective clients.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Prepare legal documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.
Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire property transaction process.
Collaborate with developers, property owners, and legal professionals.
Advertise properties through digital platforms, listings, open houses, and social media.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market conditions. RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
