Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles
Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
Negotiating deals between the two parties,
Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in Dubai real estate
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
A valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation is a must
