We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Real Estate Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, purchases, sales, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have deep market insight, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clients with expert advice on buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to estimate property values and identify investment opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders. Guide clients through property transactions from start to finish, including legal documentation, financing options, and negotiation. Analyze market trends, demographic data, and property values to support clients' investment strategies. Organize and attend property viewings, open houses, and promotional events. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective advertising campaigns for property listings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and local property markets. Maintain a portfolio of properties and continuously source new listings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or Broker. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and property management principles. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights. Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM software. Relevant real estate license or certification (as required by local law). Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities. Experience with investment properties or commercial real estate. Strong sales or financial advisory background.
