We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent with 2-3 years of proven experience in the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, rentals and client relationships while ensuring professional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, Selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property listings, market analysis, and prepare competitive pricing strategies.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
Stay updated on real estate trends market conditions, and legal requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driver, and results-oriented.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
