Key Responsibilities



Sell off-plan and ready properties to both local and international clients Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients, investors, and referral partners Develop and implement business strategies for client acquisition & retention Advise clients with in-depth market knowledge, investment insights, and legal guidance Stay updated on Dubai's latest property trends, project launches, and regulations Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle Consistently meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

Ideal Candidate Profile



Minimum 1+ years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan and/or secondary market) Proven track record of closing high-value property deals Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) UAE driving license highly desirable Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc. are a plus)
