to join our growing team in Downtown Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals. Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and project developments. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.

Requirements

Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license and car is an advantage. Must be currently based in Dubai.
