Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales & Rentals:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, including residential, commercial, and luxury estates.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, property values, and developments in the Dubai real estate market.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized guidance throughout the real estate process.

Property Showings:

Conduct property tours for potential buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.

Negotiations:

Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of sale or lease to ensure the best outcome for clients.

Documentation:

Ensure all paperwork related to transactions is completed accurately, including contracts, agreements, and client documentation.

Marketing:

Utilize various platforms (online listings, social media, etc.) to promote properties and attract new clients.

Networking:

Collaborate with developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals to expand your network and business opportunities.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent after-sales and leasing service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and legal requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong networking skills and a customer-centric attitude
