Job Responsibilities



Sell, lease, and consult on premium residential & commercial properties. Manage property listings and promote them. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants. Close deals and hit targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Represent the company in a professional manner to promote our brand in the market.

Requirements



Proven sales experience in real estate or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious. Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends is an advantage. Valid driving license.
