Job Description
RERA licensing agent required
Source, list, and market residential and commercial properties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
RERA certification
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese are an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
