Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential investors with property consultancy needs. Liaise with landlords, clients, legal professionals, and agents. Market and promote property listings to attract buyers and tenants. Conduct market research to identify profitable investment opportunities. Stay updated on real estate regulations and maintain professional networks. Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients. Advise clients on property investments and purchasing decisions. Ensure long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
Previous experience in real estate brokerage, with expertise in resale and rental transactions. Proficient in English. Willing to join immediately.
License/Certification
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
