Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. The agent will also provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and manage client appointments Guide clients through property transactions from start to finish Negotiate contracts and close deals Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and inventory Promote properties through listings, marketing platforms, and networking

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate (minimum 1 year preferred) Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and communication abilities In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and digital marketing tools Bachelor's degree (preferred)
