Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious and motivated

Real Estate Agents

to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing property sales and rentals while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and finalize deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and developments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants. Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to property transactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/rental targets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred, but not mandatory for motivated candidates). Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred). RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
