Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across UAE markets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, property trends, and market conditions.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Provide clients with guidance and advice on the best real estate opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue of the company.
Update CRM with client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field in UAE (freshers with strong sales skills may also apply).
RERA Certification (for Dubai) is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/French is a plus.
