experienced Real Estate Agents
specializing inOff-Plan and Secondary Market Sales
. We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and passionate professionals who want to grow their career in Dubai's competitive property market.Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
off-plan and secondary market properties
in Dubai. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings. Advise clients onmarket conditions, prices, legal requirements, and investment opportunities
. Maintain an updated property portfolio for sales and leasing. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
(off-plan or secondary market). Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and RERA regulations. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and customer service skills
. Must betarget-driven and self-motivated
. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to
