We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Real Estate Agent with
1-2 years of experience
in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should be fluent inat least one
of the following languages:Hindi / Urdu Russian Mandarin / Cantonese / Chinese French
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals. Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, and forms). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1-2 years of real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai. RERA certification (preferred, or willing to obtain). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in
English
andone of the following languages
: Hindi/Urdu, Russian, Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).What We Offer:
