We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or leasing and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai and UAE Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients. Build and maintain a strong client network through relationship-building and consistent follow-ups. Market properties through various platforms, including social media, online listings, and open houses. Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful transactions. Manage and update property listings and client databases.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai. RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it). Proven track record of successful property transactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market, areas, and developments. Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and property listing platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
