Responsibilities:
Build and manage client relationships through face-to-face meetings.
Generate and manage property listings.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties at the best price.
Perform market analysis to estimate property value.
Negotiate between buyers and sellers to achieve successful deals.
Conduct property viewings and follow-ups.
Stay proactive with sales and leasing strategies.
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers but sales experience are also Welcome!)
Freelances are also welcome
Strong personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak).
Passion for real estate and client satisfaction.
