Qualifications
At least
2 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
Holds UAE Driving license
Experienced in selling Off plan & Secondary Market Real estate units, leasing Properties direct from landlords and property management.
Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory documentation Establish strong working relationships with admin and clients Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. RERA is an advantage Demonstrate strong negotiation skills Commit to achieving sales targets
