Job Responsibilities

Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties under the best terms. Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation. Market properties through advertisements, online platforms, and open houses. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated with real estate trends, regulations, and market developments.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson. Successful sales record in real estate. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pleasant, trustworthy, and client-focused personality. Proficiency in MS Office and online marketing platforms. Valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license in UAE. Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
