to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE property market, particularly in off-plan sales, and be capable of generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
off-plan properties
from top developers across Dubai and other UAE emirates
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online platforms
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations with clients
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer launches, and competitive listings
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain a CRM system with accurate and updated client information
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
Must have
1+ year of experience
in Real Estate industry in UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and major developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
