Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and motivated

Real Estate Agent

with a minimum of

2 years of proven experience

in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, while delivering top-tier service and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai. Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and property portals. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and relevant information. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and property values. Prepare and manage documentation such as agreements, contracts, and leasing forms. Follow up on leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships. Negotiate prices and terms with clients and property owners. Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to promote listings. Ensure all real estate transactions are carried out in compliance with RERA and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations. Valid UAE

Driving License

and access to own car (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in

English

(Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian is a plus). RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven. Experience using CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven track record of successful deals and satisfied clients.
