As an

Experienced Female Real Estate Agent

, your role will be both client-facing and market-driven. You will act as a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Actively generating new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and professional channels. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to understand their real estate goals and preferences. Conducting property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures with professionalism and attention to detail. Advising clients on market trends, property values, investment opportunities, and financing options. Coordinating with developers, landlords, and property owners to expand our property portfolio. Preparing marketing campaigns for property listings across multiple platforms to maximize exposure. Managing and maintaining a personal database of clients and property listings. Ensuring compliance with Dubai's real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies. Attending networking events, exhibitions, and property launches to represent the company and build professional presence.
