Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through transactions, and staying current with local market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions from start to finish Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (referrals, networking, online platforms, open houses, etc.) Conduct property showings and coordinate appointments Provide clients with market analyses and comparable property evaluations Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers and negotiate on behalf of clients Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies Maintain detailed client records and manage CRM systems Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys Stay informed on local market conditions, trends, and zoning regulations Promote properties through marketing campaigns and listing services (MLS, social media, etc.)
Qualifications:
Active real estate license (state-specific) Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not always required) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Familiarity with CRM tools, MLS systems, and online listing platforms Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
