Compensation: High Commission - Unlimited Earnings

About the Role:

Join our fast-growing real estate brokerage and be part of a dynamic, high-energy team. Whether you're an experienced agent or a motivated newcomer, we'll equip you with the tools, training, and support you need to close deals and succeed.

What You'll Do:
- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided & self-generated).
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and mortgage options.
- Promote and market properties through targeted events, strategic advertising, and effective networking.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

? Previous sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
? Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
? Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
? Knowledge of Dubai's property market (training provided for beginners).
? RERA certification is an advantage (can be obtained after joining).
? English fluency - additional languages are an advantage.
