You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

-Key Responsibilities

Source new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

Assist clients in property sales, purchases, rentals, and investments.

Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients.

Negotiate offers, contracts, and close successful deals.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

-Requirements

Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales professional (preferred, but not mandatory).

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Valid driving license and own car (preferred).
