Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
Provide guidance and advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
Develop and maintain a competitive market knowledge
Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers
Maintain updated property listings with accurate descriptions and pricing
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and meetings
Build relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Work closely with other agents, brokers, and real estate professionals
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a real estate agent (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Familiarity with property management and CRM software is a plus but not mandatory
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Compensation:
