Bright Plus Fitout is expanding its real estate division and is looking for
experienced Real Estate Agents
with a strong track record in the UAE market. If you have at least3 years of experience in the UAE
and an established client database, we want you to join our dynamic team!Responsibilities:
Utilize your existing
client database
to generate leads and close deals Manage property sales, leasing, and investment transactions Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes Stay updated withUAE real estate regulations
and market trendsRequirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience
in the UAE real estate market?
Established client database
(buyers, sellers, and investors)? Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
? In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate trends and laws
? Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
? Valid UAE real estate license (if applicable)
? Fluency in
English
